摘要
采用C219免疫组织化学染色方法(ABC法),检测P-gp在33例肺癌中的表达,在16例腺癌中,P-gp表达阳性者10例,阳性率为62.5%,14例磷癌中,P-gp表达阳性者2例,阳性率为14.29%,3例小细胞肺癌中.P-gp表达均阴性。腺癌中P-gp表达阳性率显著高于磷癌和小细胞肺癌,提示P-gp表达是肺癌产生内在抗药性的机制之一。
P-glycoprotein(P-gp) expression was tested in 33 cases of lung cancers by C219 immunohistochemistry decoration method(by ABC method).The results showed that P-gp was detected in 10 of 16 cases of adenocarcinomas, the positive rate was 62.5 %, and P-gp was detected in 2 of 14 cases of squamous cell carcinomas, the positive rate was 14. 29 %, and P - gp was negative in all 3 cases of small-cell lung cancers. The positive rate of P - gp expression in lung adenocarcinomas was significantly higher than that of squamous cell carcinomas and small-cell lung cancers, it is suggested that P - gp expression might be one of the reasons of intrinsic multidrug-resistance of lung cancers.
