摘要
以有限元分析与模态分析理论为基础,结合有限元分析软件,建立激光转台芯部结构的有限元分析模型,并分析其动态特性,分析结果表明结构设计基本合理,但需进行优化处理.利用结构优化理论,建立芯部结构的优化数学模型,并对其进行优化.在保证结构的最小一阶固有频率和最大静态变形的基础上,使芯部结构的质量减轻了41.43%,结构的一阶固有频率变化了17.10%.最后,对优化后的模型进行静力学和动力学校核,结果比较理想.
Based on the finite element analysis and modal analysis theory,the FEM model of the inner supporting structure of laser emission turntable was built by adopting the Patran Nastran software package.And its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the structure design meets the requirements but optimization is necessary.By adopting the structure optimization theory,the mathematical optimization model of the inner supporting structure was established,and the dimension optimization for the structure was done.Through optimization the total weight of the structure reduced by 41.13 % and the first nature frequency only varied by 17.10%.Finally,the static and dynamic analysis for the optimized structure was validated,and the results are desirable.
