阿片类药物依赖小鼠催促戒断中跳跃行为的自动计数装置 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研制一种用于阿片类药物依赖小鼠催促戒断中跳跃行为的自动计数装置。方法:本装置包括硬件和软件两部分,硬件主要由实验平台、振动传感器、数据采集卡和计算机等组成。通过振动传感器对小鼠在实验平台上跳跃产生的机械振动进行感知并转化为计算机可以接收处理的电信号,准确记录实验动物的跳跃次数。软件部分是使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器语言自主编写的程序,用来分析处理数据和输出结果。结果:经过实验证明,此装置可以准确检测小鼠的跳跃行为。结论:本装置降低了人工计数所产生的误差及人力耗费等,增加了实验结果的客观性,为药物依赖性研究提供了一种比较精确的动物行为学检测仪器。 Objective:To build an apparatus which can automatically count the jumping in precipitated withdrawal of opioid-denpendent mice.Methods:The apparatus is composed of hardware and software.The hardware is composed of working platforms,vibration transducers,a data acquisition card,a computer and cables which wire each part together.The vibration transducers sensor mechanical vibration generated by mouse jumping and translate the vibration into the electrical signals which are inputted into computer by way of the data acquisition card.The vibration transducers on the surface of working platforms is connected with data acquisition card which is installed in the computer.The software is a program compiled with LabVIEW language.Results:The apparatus counts the mouse jumping exactly and effectively in the real-setting experiment.Conclusion:The apparatus designed to record mouse jumping number shows good validity,supposing that it can eliminate the error and laboriousness by manual recording and enhance the reliability and repeatability of experiment.
