摘要
地沟油是质量极为低劣的非食用油,食用后会严重危害人体健康。本文详细介绍了地沟油的危害并从检测指标和检测方法两方面对目前国内检测、鉴别地沟油的研究进行了综述,为有关部门加强对地沟油的监督管理提供技术支持。
Sewage oil,also called illegal cooking oil,is toxic oil which does great harm to the health once used in cooking.This paper expounds its harm and reviews the distinguishing and detecting of sewage oil in our country in terms of detection indicators and detection methods so as to provide technical support for the government departments and agencies.
