摘要
目前我国餐饮业市场异常红火,但有的省份和地区却出现了服务员队伍不稳定、流动频繁、人员难招等情况,影响了餐饮企业的健康发展,引起了行业内外专家、学者的高度关注。本文初步探讨了餐饮业服务人员短缺的原因以及面对的措施。
In contrast to the booming of the catering market,catering businesses are faced with the problem of unstable waiting staff,such as too frequent staff flow and insufficient staff supply,which considerably hinders the healthy development of the businesses.This paper analyzes the causes for the problem and suggests corresponding tackling strategies.
