摘要
随着《食品安全法》等法律法规的颁布和实施,政府和行业日益重视食品安全人才在餐饮业食品安全管理中发挥的重要作用。本研究主要采用问卷调查的方式,对不同规模餐饮企业食品安全人才现状和供求情况进行调查,用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据统计分析,研究现阶段餐饮业食品安全人才的需求和应具备的技能,为各级政府监督部门、教育和培训机构提供参考。
With the issue and implementation of the "Food Safety Law" ,the government and the catering industry have began to appreciate the role that specialists play in food safety management.The paper conducts a questionnaire survey of the status quo of food safety professionals and the demand for them in catering businesses of different scales.The statistics are then analyzed by using SPSS13.0 statistical software to present a clear picture of the demand for such specialists and of the skills that such specialists are to be armed with.The aim of the study is to provide reference for governmental,educational and training agencies.
