摘要
"幼儿教材"的充斥与泛滥实质是与之直接关联的利益联合体在利益驱动下形成的一种逐利行为,它以学前教育的教育利益诉求、提供和实现为核心,进而蔓生和演化成为一种经济利益的实现手段和载体。在"幼儿教材"禁令的实施中存在着经济利益与教育利益之间、政府教育主管部门与市场及学前教育机构之间、教育利益的输出与输入之间的矛盾和冲突。政府教育主管部门应通过公共资源的合理配置和制度创新来协调政府、市场、学前教育机构及社会之间的利益关系,以此保障学前教育的公益性和科学性,从根本上解决"幼儿教材"泛滥的问题。
The overflowing of "Kindergarten Textbook" is the result of different relative participants seeking for benefit under the drive of economic advantage. The forbidden statement of "Kindergarten Textbook" in Anhui province brought the conflict between the financial benefit and educational benefit, the conflict among the office, market and preschool, the conflict between the output and input of educational benefit. The ministry of education can settle it by setting the public resource reasonably, innovating the system, and balancing the benefit among ministry, market, preschool and society, to ensure the commonweal of preschool education.
