摘要
健康与安全教育是澳大利亚幼儿教师培养培训的重要课程。从对澳大利亚相关课程内容的梳理与分析中可以发现,澳大利亚幼儿教师健康与安全教育具有以下特征:充分立足法的依据与法的标准,强调共同责任,突出教师特定的照看责任,强化教师的应急反应与操作训练,注重教师在安全文化创建过程中的作用。借鉴澳大利亚的经验,我国应进一步完善法制建设,强化保障幼儿安全的国家法律体系;明确幼儿教育的功能定位,突出其保育功能,重视对幼儿教师的安全教育,在培养培训幼儿教师的过程中设置并强化安全教育课程。
The health and safety education is one of the important training courses of kindergarten teachers＇ education in Australia. By combing and analyzing the content of relevant courses in Australia, the features of the health and safety education for kindergarten teachers can be summarized as following： fully based on the law and law＇s standards, emphasizing shared responsibility, outstanding teachers＇ specific ＂caring responsibilities＂, strengthening training in emergency response and operations, and focusing on the creation of a safety culture and the role of teachers in the process of creating safety culture.
