通过对《塑造未来——澳大利亚2004-2010职业教育与培训国家战略》的产生背景、远景目标、实现策略、行动计划以及绩效衡量标准等进行解读,评析了其主要特点,即突出＂以客户为导向＂、注重全纳性与可持续发展、宏观与微观相结合、实施进程严密监控,以及实施时间更长、范围更广等,并从中得出一些启示。

Targeting ‘Shaping our Future： Australia＇s National Strategy for Vocational Education and Training 2004-2010’,this article demosrates and analyses it＇s vision,contexts,objectives,strategies to achieve the vision,action plan,and key performance measures.Some key feactures are commented and analyzed that ‘client-oriented’ are emphasized,inclusion and sustainable development are emphosized,macro perspectives integrate with micro perspectives,implementing processes are to be monitored,the duration of implementation is longer,and the areas of implementation are broader,etc.From the national strategy,some inspiration has been drawn out to provide to the reform of vocational education in China.
