摘要
阐述了传统带式运输机在启动及运行过程中存在耗能高、维护费用高等问题,介绍了新型带式输送机变频调速智能节电装置的技术原理、基本功能、特点及使用效果,并用具体运行数据说明该智能节电装置有较好的节能效果。
In this paper,the problems of high energy consumption,high costs in equipment maintenance and related questions found in the starting period and normal operation of traditional belt conveyors are dealt with.More over,this paper also presents an introduction to the technical principles,basic characters and application results of a novel intelligent power saving device for use on belt conveyor frequency converter speed regulating system.Besides,the paper also provides an account about the energy saving results of this intelligent power saving system by providing a set of operation data of the device.
