囊袋式注浆封孔法在煤矿瓦斯抽采封孔中的应用 被引量:40

摘要 分析了现行聚氨酯封孔法效果不良的原因,提出了囊袋式注浆封孔法,并在晋煤集团成庄矿进行了工业性对比试验,结果表明,利用囊袋式注浆封孔法比传统封孔方法在瓦斯抽采初期和中期瓦斯抽出浓度提高31%~43%,抽采后期瓦斯抽出浓度比传统聚氨酯封孔法提高了120%,封孔效果显著。 An analysis is carried out on the reasons of poor effects of hole sealing by applying polyurethane.With focus put on the sealing of mine gas extraction holes,the author proposes the use of bag type grouting-sealing method,which is put to industrial tests in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,Jinmei Coal Group.Test results show that the use of bag type grouting-sealing method during the initial and mid-term period of mine gas extraction can increase the concentration of methane gas by 31% ~ 43% compared with the use of traditional hole-sealing method.While during the last part of the extraction period,the concentration of methane gas can be 120% higher than otherwise traditional polyurethane sealing method is used.Thus the hole sealing effect is quite good.
