多晶铝在单向拉伸实验中的晶粒变形测量

Measuring the crystal deformation of polycrystalline aluminum under uniaxial tension

摘要 多晶铝试件在单向拉伸实验中,试件表面的应变分布并不均匀.采用扫描电子显微镜观察试件在拉伸过程中的晶粒形貌变化,并在加载过程中跟踪晶粒拍摄了一系列照片,通过数字散斑技术,对所拍照片进行分析,得到了高精度的晶粒名义应力-应变关系曲线. A polycrystalline specimen is exerted uniaxial tension, scanning electron microscopy photos of a crystal are taken during the loading process. The photos are analyzed by digital image correlation method, and nominal stress-strain curve of the crystal with high accuracy is obtained.
