摘要
传统的有功优化调度由于没有考虑小干扰稳定的影响,优化后的发电机出力方案虽然经济,但是在运行条件紧张的情况下可能无法满足系统小干扰稳定的要求。文中研究了考虑小干扰稳定约束的有功优化调度问题。在传统有功优化调度模型的基础上,建立了计及小干扰稳定约束的有功优化调度新模型,提出采用连续线性规划法作为该模型的求解方法,求解该模型所得的发电调度方案能够满足设定的小干扰稳定指标的要求。4机系统和新英格兰39节点系统的算例实现验证了所提出的方法的正确性和有效性。
Conventional optimal active power dispatch research generally does not consider the influence of small-signal stability. When the operation condition is stressed, the optimal results, although is economical, might not meet the small-signal security requirement. The optimal active power dispatch with small-signal stability constraints is investigated. Based on the conventional active power dispatch model, an optimal active power dispatch model constrained by small-signal stability is built in order to ensure that the optimization result meets the given small-signal stability criterion. The successive linear programming (SLP)method is suggested to solve the problem. The proposed method is validated on a 4-generator test system and the New England 39-bus system.
