摘要
设置150、225、300和375kg·hm-24个施肥处理,通过测定不同生育时期大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性,研究了有机无机复混肥对大豆根际酶活性影响。结果表明:随着生育进程推进,根际酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,生育前期根际酶活性较低,生育中期根际酶活性达到最大值,生育中期以后酶活性又开始降低,到了成熟期甚至低于苗期根际酶的活性。比较不同施肥量,根际酶活性均显著高于对照,300kg·hm-2施肥处理根际酶活性显著高于其它处理,说明有机无机复混肥能显著提高大豆根际酶活性。
Four treatment of 150,225,300 and 375 kg·ha-1 organic-inorganic compound fertilizer as starter fertilizer were applied,and soybean rhizosphere enzyme activity of Catalase and Urease from soybean seedling to maturewere determined.The results showed that the dynamic changes of rhizosphere enzyme activity showed increase and then decrease trend,and the peak value appeared at the middle growing stage.All fertilizer treatments had higher enzyme activity than control,and the treatment of 300 kg·ha-1 fertilizer was significantly higher than others.All results indicated that organic-inorganic fertilizer application can improve the rhizosphere enzyme activity obviously.
