摘要
基础教育阶段学校办学标准是有关合格学校办学必须具备的各种物质条件和精神条件。办学标准总是承载和表达着特定的目的和理念追求,具有明显的价值指向性。制定新世纪基础教育阶段学校办学标准,应以回应和有效解决当今中小学所面临的种种问题为根本取向,以恪守合法性、适中性、现实性、统一性为基本原则。
Standards of school running in the stage of basic education are in connection with a variety of necessary physical and mental conditions of the qualified school running. Standards of school running are always carrying and conveying the pursuit of the particular purposes and ideas, which obviously possessed of value orientation. In the new century, standards of school running in the stage of basic education should be formulated in response and also as effective solutions to the problems faced by primary and secondary middle schools, abiding by the cardinal principles of legitimacy, moderation, reality and unity.
