研究型大学本科人才培养模式:问题及改进策略 被引量:35

The Talent Cultivation Mode in Research-oriented Four-year Universities:Problems and Improvement Strategy

摘要 我国研究型大学在建设过程中,与科研地位迅速上升、成果显著相比,对本科人才培养的重视和深入研究不足。研究型大学在本科人才培养过程中存在着一些亟待解决的问题,如科研与教学地位失衡、通识教育与专业教育相互游离、教学管理制度的设计理念与实施成效错位、学科交叉优势尚未发挥等。为不断完善研究型大学本科人才培养模式,应建设立足本土的研究型大学本科课程体系,培育大学精神,建立科学合理、行之有效的教学制度设计,进行交叉学科建设与跨学科人才的培养。 In the construction course of the research-oriented universities in China, compared with the rocketing of the status of scientific research and the outstanding results, it is not enough to pay attention to the talent cultivation of the four-year undergraduates and in-depth study. There have been some problems to be solved urgently in the course of four-year graduates talent cultivation in the research-oriented universities, such as the unbalance of scientific research and teaching status, the dissociation of general education and professional education, the mis-location of the designing concept of teaching management system and the implementation effect, the fault to give the rein of inter-disciplines, etc. We should construct the research-oriented four-year university curriculum system based on native land, cultivate university spirit, establish scientific and reasonable and effective teaching system design, carry out inter-disciplinary construction and the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents, so as to continuously perfect the four-year undergraduate talent cultivation mode in research-oriented universities.
