摘要
结合历代医家的有关论述，对内生火热病机加以探析，认为气火失调、阴虚火旺、阳虚火浮、瘀郁化火、五志化火５个方面可概括之。
This paper presents analysis of pathogenesis of interior fire based on the opinions of physicians of various dynasties.The authors believe that this falls into five aspects,namely,incoordination between qi and fire,hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of yin,floating of fire due to deficiency of yang,accumulation of depression turning into fire and fire arising from the five emotions.
