本文论述了经间排卵期的病理特点，分析了阴阳消长转化中重阴必阳的失常、纟因活动失常、月经周期中圆运动生物钟节律失调等病理变化。促排卵的主要方法为活血化瘀，临床上与补肾相结合，其他方法有温阳活血、化痰燥湿、清利湿热、宁神调心。排卵过早及反应过剧属病理者，调节之法有清火解郁、滋水清热。

This paper presents the pathological features of the ovulatory period during menstruation and the pathological changes in the transformation between yin and yang,namely,yin in its extreme giving rise to yang,disorder of the rhythm of biological clock during menstruation,etc.The main method to promote ovulation is to activate blood circulation to remove blood stasis as well as to reinforce the kidney.Other methods includes warming yang to activate blood circalation,resolving phlegm and removing dampness,removing damp-heat,calming the mind to regulate the heart,etc.For those with early ovulation,it is advisable to clear away fire,remove depression,nourish the water,and invigorate qi.
