逍遥散加味治疗经前期紧张综合征45例

Treatment of 45 Cases of Premenstrual Tension Syndrome with Modified Ease Powder

目的：探讨逍遥散加味治疗肝郁化热型经前期紧张综合征的机理。方法：自拟逍遥散加味治疗肝郁化热型经前期紧张综合征４５例，并与西药对照组进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组治愈３２例，显效６例，有效４例，总有效率９３．３％，明显优于对照组的５３．３％，Ｐ＜０．０１；在改善临床症状方面也优于对照组；并且能提高血清孕酮／雌二醇比值达正常范围等。结论：逍遥散加味调节内分泌、消除经前期紧张综合征。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate into the mechanism of modified Ease Powder in treating premenstrual tension syndrome due to depression of the liver turning into heat.METHOD:45 patients with the disease were treated with self-made modified Ease Powder,compqred with a control group treated with western medicine.RESULT:In the treatment group,32 patients were cured,6 patients were treated with market effect and 4 patients were treated with certain effect.The total effective rate was 93.3%,which was much higher than 53.3% in the control group.Better results was also obtained in improving clinical symptoms.The ratio of progestin to estradiol was also increased within the normal range.CONCLUSION:Modified Ease Powder can regulate endocrine and relieve premenstrual tension syndrome.
