中压共轨液力增压式电控燃油喷射系统的试验研究

摘要 论文主要介绍针对某型中速柴油机研制的中压共轨液力增压式电控燃油喷射系统,并在柴油机电子-液压控制试验台上进行了试验研究,分析了部分控制参数与喷油参数间的动态性能影响规律,确定了喷油量、喷油压力、喷油正时、喷油规律等参数的调节途径,并针对该系统的稳定性、适应性及各参数的可控性进行了分析研究.试验结果表明:该系统具有良好的稳定性,参数调节灵活,并能适应不同的柴油机工况,尤其适用于中速柴油机. A fuel injection system electrically controlled by medium-pressure common-rail hydraulic booster type is introduced.And the experimental studies on the fuel injection system electrically controlled on the hydraulic control of electronic diesel engine test stand developed were carried out.The control parameters and the injection parameters of the dynamic performance of the law to determine the injection volume,injection pressure,injection timing,fuel injection parameters such as the regulation of the law means,and for the system stability,adaptability and the parameters of controllability is analyzed and obtained.The results show that the fuel injection system has good stability,parameter adjustment and flexibility.The fuel injection system is suitable for the different conditions,especially for medium-speed diesel engine.
