摘要
综述了微量元素Pb、Te、As、Ti对灰铸铁件组织和性能的影响规律以及对球铁件质量的影响情况;介绍了Ti、V、Pb、Te等元素含量与铸件加工性能的关系;认为可通过使用高纯生铁、优质铸造材料,优质废钢+增碳工艺的感应炉熔炼、冲天炉+感应电炉双联熔炼,利用RE消除微量元素的不利影响等措施来提高铁液的纯净度。
The influence of trace elements Pb, Te, As, Ti on the micr ostructure and mechanical properties of gray iron castings, as well as on quality of nodular iron castings was introduced. And a description was made to show that it is possible to enhance the purity of the iron melt by using high purity pig iron, high-quality casting materials; adopting high quality steel scrap + recarburization process and adopting induction furnace melting or cupola + induction furnace duplex melting; as well as by using rare earth to eliminate the harmful effect of trace elements, and so on.
