论“以市场换技术”——基于演化博弈论的视角

On "Exchanging Market for Technology": From the Perspective of Evolutionary Game Theory

对当前经济界争论的热点问题——"以市场换技术",运用演化博弈论方法从跨国公司技术转让的策略选择这一角度进行分析,结果表明,"以市场换技术"战略的基本方针没有错,但在实施过程中存在部分企业忽视甚至放弃了"消化吸收再创新"这个原则,有些行业不敢让多家跨国公司到我国参与竞争以及我国企业员工技术水平偏低等问题,影响了"以市场换技术"的效果。对此,针对性地提出了相关建议。

This paper uses the evolutionary game theory to analyze the heated issue in the circle of economics,'exchanging market for technology' from the perspective of the strategy choice made by international companies.Results show that the basic policy of this issue is correct.However,during its implementation,some enterprises tend to neglect or even abandon the principle,and some trades are unwilling to let international companies participate in the home competition,and besides,the Chinese staff members in certainenterprises do not have high professional skills.These lower the effect of 'exchanging market for technology.' This paper poses corresponding countermeasures.
