摘要
以马斯洛需求层次论为基础,对汕头民营企业的员工满意度及离职倾向进行问卷调研,再利用相关模型进行数据处理。结果表明:超过58.7%的人对自己的收入感到"不满意",员工总体离职频率为0.3875次/年,按销售、技术、财务和管理岗位人群对员工满意度及离职倾向进行了研究,进而提出企业防范人才流失的对策建议。
This paper was based on Maslow's need hierarchy theory,and investigated the employee satisfaction degree and the resignation tendency in the privately owned enterprises in Shantou by means of questionnaires.It identifies the reasons for the low employee satisfaction degree and the motivation of the high rate of staff resignation tendency.Also it puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problem of the employee turnover in the small and medium-sized private enterprises in Shantou City.
