摘要
通过体外实验,观察了IL6对IFNγ诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(mouseperitonealmacrophage,MPM)的抗弓形虫作用。结果显示,IL6可促进弓形虫在MPM内的增殖,并能够部分逆转IFNγ诱导的MPM的抗弓形虫效应,其逆转作用随IL6剂量的增加而增加。
