在公共产品理论视野下对图书馆研究相关成果分析后,从对公共产品理论和漂移理论的理解出发,分析图书馆的公共产品属性,提出图书馆改革与发展的方向。

In this paper, the authors analyze the papers associated with the libraries research under public product theory firstly. Then, starting from public product theory and drifting theory, continuously analyze the public product property of libraries. At last, the authors propose the directions of reform and development of the libraries based on above two.
