摘要
随着图书馆业务范围不断拓展,图书馆业务培训日益受到重视。文章从人员、岗位和工作时间方面分析了培训工作的难点,提出应分层、分组、分阶段开展业务培训,并就培训内容、形式、考核及发挥骨干作用等提出极具可行性的对策。
With the expanding of scope of library service, on-the-job training is increasingly paid much attention to. This essay analyzes the difficult points (various employees, different posts and diversified working times) encountered in library, and puts forward feasible countermeasures (in groups, at levels and sections) to organize training contents, training forms, appraisal methods and etc. in our library.
