摘要
阐述了图书馆人力资源动态匹配管理实现的要求和条件,介绍了哈尔滨医科大学图书馆试行员工-岗位动态匹配管理实践的基础、常规做法和在还书及参考咨询、文检教学、查新检索和回溯建库等方面进行动态匹配的实践。
The concept of dynamic fit or match was introduced about human resource managent in library. The dynamic regulation model was proposed on the basis of ordinary personnel-position fit pattern. The principle and measure to establish the model was discussed. The paper also introduced how to practice the model and the basis and achivements to practice the model in Harbin Medical University library.
