摘要
结合笔者进行计算机辅助设计技术研究和面向中小型企业应用的实践,针对协同设计中存在的易于对设计子任务描述信息产生歧义、设计管理和交流需要专业的协同工作平台的支持、对总的设计结果的修改比较困难等问题,提出了基于系统建模和关联的协同设计方法,给出了产品系统建模的定义和基于系统建模及关联的协同设计的网络结构,对产品系统建模的规划和实施步骤进行了描述。对该方法中涉及的装配克隆、关联恢复等装配实现技术和主模型、引用集、更新控制等大装配管理和设计实施技术进行了研究。
Combined with the research of computer aidded design and the related practical application facing minor enterprise, aiming at the problems of being easy to create ambiguous understanding the description of partial design task, the need of professional cooperational working platform during design management and exchanges, and being diffi- cult to modify the result of whole design, so the collaborative design method based on system modeling and and linkage is pointed out. The definition of product system modeling and network configuration of collaborative design based on system model and linkage are given presented out. The planning of product system modeling and its implementary process are desribed. All the implementation technologies of assembling, assemblies cloning, linkage recovering large assemblies management, main model, reference set, update control etc are researched.
