摘要
针对传统地下铲运机人机工程设计与分析方法的不足,提出在虚拟样机意义下的产品人机工程学仿真分析方法。采用虚拟样机技术建立某型号地下铲运机数字化人机系统,运用人机工程学基本理论及CATIA人机工程学分析模块,从工作空间、操作舒适性、视野舒适性三方面对其进行人机工程学仿真分析,指出了原设计中存在的人机工程学问题。
Considering the limitations of traditional ergonomics design & analysis method for cab of underground load-haul-dump, a simulation analysis approach based on virtual prototype for the cab was proposed. Taking a paiticular Load-Haul-Dump as an example, the digitalized man-machine system was established by virtual prototyping technology. Combining the basic theory of ergonomics with CATIA ergonomics analysis module, the cab was simulated and analyzed from three aspects: workspace, operation comfort and vision, which showed the problems about ergonomics in the original design.
