荣威750FCV前横向稳定杆结构的轻量化 被引量:4

摘要 基于三维CAD软件CATIA,对荣威750FCV前横向稳定杆进行轻量化设计,主要包括对前横向稳定杆采用空心设计,以及采用新的高强度钢材料。然后采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh,对轻量化前后的前横向稳定杆进行有限元分析,主要包括应力与变形分析,扭转刚度分析以及模态分析。对比可知,轻量化的前横向稳定杆符合强度与刚度的要求。最后进行了稳定杆的疲劳强度校核,表明轻量化后的前横向稳定杆在正常使用时是安全可靠的。 Based on the three-dimensional CAD software-CATIA, the lightweight design of Roewe 750 FCV front antiroll bar was carried out, including hollow design and applying high-strength steel. Then, the finite element analysis of both original and lightweight front antiroll bar was conducted with the finite element analysis software Hypermesh. The analysis contained stress, deformation, torsion stiffness and modal analysis. Comparing the analyzing results of original and lightweight front antiroll bar, a conclusion can be drawn that the lightweight front antiroll bar meets the strength and stiffness requirements. At last, a fatigue strength proof of front antiroll bar was implemented, indieatin that lightweight front antiroll bar was secure in the period of natural service.
