EZH2 mRNA在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and implication of EZH2 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma

目的研究EZH2在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测42例肝癌患者EZH2 mRNA的表达情况。结果 EZH2 mRNA在肝癌组织、癌旁组织、正常肝组织中的表达分别为61.9%(26/42)、28.6%(12/42)和22.2%(2/9)。EZH2 mRNA在肝癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)和正常肝组织(P<0.05)。EZH2 mRNA在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率与病理分级有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小、HBV感染、AFP水平、是否伴有静脉癌栓和(或)肝内外转移以及是否伴有肝硬化无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论对EZH2的检测可能有助于判断肝癌的恶性程度,并且可以作为肝癌潜在的一个治疗靶点做进一步深入研究。

Objective To study the expression of EZH2 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and its significance.Methods The expression of EZH2 was detected by RT-PCR in 42 patients with HCC.Results The positive rates of EZH2 mRNA in HCC tissue,HCC surrounding tissue and normal tissue were 61.9%（26/42）,28.6%（12/42） and 22.2%（2/9）,respectively.Significantly higher expression of EZH2 was found in cancer tissue compared to those in HCC surrounding tissues and normal tissues（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The positive rate of EZH2 mRNA in HCC is significantly correlated with the pathological staging.EZH2 may be used as a diagnostic marker and a potential therapeutic target.
