农用地分等在基本农田建设中的应用研究

Application of Agricultural Land Classification in Basic Farmland Construction

为了探索农用地分等在基本农田建设中的应用,研究了两者的结合途径,探讨了将农用地分等的自然质量等指数应用于基本农田建设规划设计,并研究了农用地分等成果在项目后期的应用方向。以黑龙江省海伦市国家基本农田保护示范区为例进行了实证研究,提出了区域基本农田建设的重点方向。研究结果表明,项目区在基本农田建设后土地质量变化显著,农用地分等可作为基本农田建设质量调控的有力手段。

In order to explore the way to apply agricultural land classification in the basic farmland construction,study the combination of the two channels,this paper researched the application of the natural quality index of the agricultural land classification in basic farmland construction planning and design,also studied the application direction after the project.By taking Hailun＇s demonstration area of basic farmland as a case,proposesd the focus direction of the basic farmland construction,the results showed that the land quality changed significantly after the basic farmland construction,agricultural land classification could be used as powerful means to control the quality of the basic farmland construction.
