随着我国物流业的快速发展,现代物流人力资源开发的重要性也日益凸显。在此背景下,学术界对物流人力资源开发的研究也日益重视。基于此,对国内外现代物流人力资源开发研究进行了梳理和总结,并对今后我国物流人力资源的开发研究进行了展望。

As development of Chinese logistics industry,the importance of human resources development of modern logistics became increasingly prominent.In this context,the development of logistics human resources was also increasing emphasis on academic research.Based on this,this paper combed summarizing on the study of modern logistics development of human resources,and expected the future development of logistics human resources in China.
