摘要 比较了用热膨胀仪和耐火度测定仪测定电瓷材料烧结温度的结果,并用热膨胀仪探讨了电瓷材料的烧结温度与升温速率的关系。研究表明:用热膨胀仪测定电瓷材料的烧结温度和烧结温度范围信息量大、准确度高、可靠性好。电瓷材料烧结温度Ts与升温速率V的对数满足线性关系,能较有效地评价在不同升温速率下的烧结温度。 The sintering temperature of electrical porcelain characterized by thermal expansion instrument and refractoriness tester were compared. The relationship between the sintering temperature of electrical porcelain and heating rate was explored by thermal expansion instrument. The results of sintering temperature and the temperature range measured by the thermal expansion instrument are more scientific and accurate so as to be more reliability. The sintering temperature Ts is linear to the logarithm of heating rate V, which can efficiently evaluate the suitable sintering temperature at different heating rates.
