膜蒸馏系统的正交优化设计及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 以膜蒸馏淡化苦咸水为研究背景,针对具有可调式旋转切向入流结构的膜蒸馏组件,以水及盐水为研究工质,就其切向入流结构的不同参数组合分别进行正交实验研究,最终找到一组最佳的参数组合.应用经过优化的膜蒸馏系统对呼和浩特托克托县伞盖地区地下苦咸水进行淡化处理,通过对系统的优化,可以得到较高的膜通量,并且对膜蒸馏系统的进水及出水水质进行了部分指标的监测,其中矿化度去除率99.5%、氟化物去除率96.15%、砷去除率98.75%,且出水水质符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准GB5749—2006. Brackish water is desalinated by the membrane distillation, which is the background of this paper. Orthogonal experiments were carried out with water and salty water, and the object of experiments is variable parameters for rotary tangential inflow, finally, it obtained the best results. Using the membrane distillation system, brackish water from Hohhot Tuoketuo County Sangai Village is desalinated. Through optimization, the higher membrane flux is obtained. With monitoring some water quality in the membrane distillation system, the salinity removal rate is 99. 5%, fluoride removal rate is 96.15% and arsenic removal rate is 98.75%, the treated water is consistent with the standards for drinking water quality of China.
