摘要 综述了国外微注射成型设备的发展历史,国内微注射成型设备的最新进展以及国内学者在微注射成型基础理论领域的研究进展,对现有微注射成型技术进行了系统地比较;提出了一种微型制品成型的新技术——微分注射成型技术,阐述了基于熔体泵的微分注射成型的成型机理,提出了一种利用常规注塑机进行微制品高效注射成型的实施方法。 The foreign historical and latest domestic development as well as some achievements achieved by domestic researchers on basic theory of micro-injection molding machines were reviewed. The existing micro-injection molding techniques were compared systematically. Meanwhile, a newly developed technology of differential injection molding based on the melt pump technology was introduced. Furthermore, a method of effectively manufacturing micro products via regular injection molding machines was proposed.
