摘要
针对我国通信行业节能减排总体把握方面的困惑,采取简化分析方法,得到了近年的总体评价结论。同时分析节能减排指标,推论出了把握通信行业节能状况的关键考核指标,进而给出了我国掌控重点、照顾全面,向主设备和运营业下游节能方向发展的重要建议。
In view of the dilemma faced by the communication industry in energy saving,the article gave the overall evaluation findings by using simplified analysis method.At the same time,this article analyzed the energy reduction targets to infer the key indicators for assessing describing the energy status of the communications industry.Then,this article put forward several suggestions.
