摘要
文章从电信运营商管理信息系统存在的问题入手,结合云计算理念寻求解决方案,并以广东移动公司内部信息化建设为例,说明云计算架构的实施步骤和实施效果。
On the basis of introduction of the problems of MIS in telecommunication operators,combining with the concept of cloud computing,this paper elaborates the implementing steps and effects of cloud computing architecture,illustrated by the case of MIS of GMCC.
