摘要
本文首先指出了现行通信行业标准中对光缆机械性能测试的不确定性的不恰当表述,然后通过对行业内主流的三种光纤衰减监测仪表的长期对比数据来分析测试中的衰减波动,最后给出了对标准的修改建议以及实际测试中对衰减波动的修正方法。
Firstly this article points out the inappropriate expression for the uncertainty of optical cable mechanical properties test in existing telecommunications industry standards.And then it analyzes the attenuation system fluctuation through the long term comparative data from three mainstream optical attenuation monitoring instruments.At last,it gives the amendment advises for the industry standards and the methods to correct the attenuation fluctuation in testing.
