摘要
为了获得较宽的恒功率弱磁调速区域,设计出一台12/10极开关磁通永磁电动机.根据电动机的结构特点、运行原理并结合双凸极永磁同步电动机的设计方法确定电动机主要尺寸的初始值,在Ansoft软件中建立电动机的物理模型,基于有限元法研究电动机在特殊位置下的磁场分布、气隙磁密、静态特性、弱磁特性及结构尺寸变化对转矩的影响.分析结果表明,该电动机弱磁效果明显,定位力矩幅值偏大,改变永磁体磁化方向的长度和转子齿宽可以有效地降低定位力矩,研究结论对电动机的优化设计、分析及控制提供了依据.
To obtain the wider flux weakening speed regulation range under constant power,a 12/10 switching flux permanent magnet synchronous motor (SFPM) was designed. According to the topology characteristics, operation principle and design method of doubly salient permanent magnet synchronous motor (DSPM),the main original dimensions of the motor were determined. The physical model of the motor was established with Ansoft software. The magnet field distributions at special location,flux density in air gap,static characterics,flux weakening capability and influences of machine structure on static characteristics were investigated based on finite element method. The analysis results show that the present SFPM possesses better flux weakening capability and higher cogging torque,and the electromagnetic torque and cogging torque can be effectively decreased by changing the length of permanent magnet and the width of rotor teeth. The research conclusion provides a foundation for the optimal design,analysis and control of SFPM.
