摘要
大学图书馆可以看作是一种利益相关者组织。大学图书馆的利益相关者包括学生、教学科研人员、大学决策层、职能部门、政府、企业以及社会大众等。大学图书馆满足用户信息需求其实就是实现对各利益相关者的责任,为了维护各方利益相关者的利益,应该从参与式管理到主动、开放式服务,从单一的知识供给到全面服务社会,从信息的纵深管理到协作整合服务,以推进大学图书馆管理思路的改革与创新。
University library can be seen as a stakeholder organization.The stakeholder consists teachers and students,teaching and research staff,decision-makers,functional departments,governments,businesses and community,etc.Meeting the users information demands for university library is in fact to achieve the responsibilities of all the stakeholders,in order to protect the interests of all the stakeholders,we should promote the reform and innovation of the university library management idea in several ways such as changing from participatory management to active and open service,from single knowledge supply to full-service for community,from lengthways information management to collaborative and integrative services.
