高层住宅套型设计方案探析——以一组合套型设计为例

Exploration of Tall Residential Building Type’s Design——One Association Type’s Design as Example

当前房地产市场上,住宅套型设计良莠不齐,通过对目前市场上常见的一种高层住宅组合套型的剖析,针对该套型设计存在的问题,在保持套型面积标准不变的情况下对原方案进行了方案优化设计,并对两套型方案加以比较,以此强调住宅设计需要"以人为本",加强套型的细节设计以提高住宅套型设计的真正品质。

Now,in Jinzhou housing market,products offered and their types designed were all analyzed.The housing type designs are of much difference,namely,bad and good.Through analyzing a common association housing type which belongs to the tall housing type in the real estate market of Jinzhou city now,and based on the analysis of the housing type’s detail,problems to keep the standard of area was tried and solved.The original design was optimized and two housing types’ designs were compared.The housing type design was emphasized,which should be based on the people who lived in the room.The design of details was strengthened so that the quality of the housing type design was improved.
