摘要
对锦州市的城市道路与铁路交叉点进行几何特征分析与交通量调查与分析。计算各桥洞通行能力与饱和度,得到反映锦州市南北交通运行特点的计算结果,找到高峰时拥挤程度最高的桥洞。根据调查数据的计算结果,结合锦州市交通的特征,从高架建设、桥洞建设与管理、环城路建设、轻轨建设、铁路线路改建和政策管理方面提出缓解锦州市区跨铁路的交通问题的措施。
The geometric characteristics of the intersections between road and railway in Jinzhou city were analyzed.Traffic volume of bridge openings was investigated and analyzed.The capacity and saturation degree of the bridge openings were calculated,so that the operating characteristics of the north-south traffic and the most crowed bridge opening in the peak were found upon that calculated result.According to the calculated results of the survey data,combined with the traffic characteristics of Jinzhou city,some improving measures to resolve the traffic problems on the railway crossing the urban district,such as construction and management of the bridge openings,construction of the ring road,construction of the light rail,conversion of the railway line and policy management,were all proposed hereby.
