摘要 在研究分析连续油管材料主要特点和使用要求的基础上,采用C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo-Nb合金系高强度低碳微合金钢,通过ERW制管技术和热处理技术,开发出了满足API 5C7标准要求的CT80钢级φ31.75 mm×3.175 mm连续油管产品。理化性能检测结果表明:管体纵向屈服强度平均583MPa,抗拉强度703 MPa,延伸率约29.5%;内压为34.47 MPa时疲劳循环次数达到615次,优于国外同类产品;管体及焊缝抗HIC性能良好,裂纹长度率(CLR)、裂纹厚度率(CTR)和裂纹敏感率(CSR)均为零。 Based on the main characteristics and the requirement for utilization of the materials form the basis of the coiled tubing product development,the low carbon micro alloy steel of high strength in C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo-Nb alloy series was adopted.And then the CT80 31.75mm×3.175mm coiled tubing was developed,which met the requirements of API 5C7,by utilizing ERW manufacturing process and the heat treatment technology.The Physical and chemical properties test results show that the average yield strength was 583MPa,tensile strength of 703MPa,elongation of about 29.5% on the longitudinal pipe body.The fatigue cycles of the coiled tubing product could be up to 615 times,which was superior to foreign like products,when the internal pressure is 34.47MPa.Both the pipe body and the weld have good properties of HIC resistance:the crack length ratio(CLR),the crack thickness ratio(CTR) and the crack sensitivity ratio(CSR) are zero.
