摘要
海洋铺管船用张紧器内悬架装置是张紧器设备研发中的关键部件。对内悬架装置中的关键机构和部件进行了计算和校核,并对内悬架中主框架进行了有限元分析,设计出了通用性较好的内悬架装置,使之能更好地满足实际需要。
Suspension system of pipe tensioner machine used in offshore pipe-laying vessel is the key component in the study of pipe tensioner machine.Through reduplicative research and argumentation,the design of suspension system was finished.In order to further satisfy the practical needs,the key mechanism and components of suspension system have been calculated and checked,and the main frame of suspension system has been analyzed by finite element analysis.Through the work of design and analysis for the suspension system,the suspension system which has good universality has been designed.
