摘要
井下液压元件高温高压试验装置不需要模拟井下泥浆柱的压力,而只需模拟系统压力及井下高温环境来测试井下液压元件工作性能。通过对井下液压系统结构特点及工作原理的分析,论证了此试验装置的可行性,达到了模拟试验的目的。此试验装置的研制解决了研究开发及产业化中液压元件检测的难题,具有很高的经济价值及实用价值,在实践中已经得到成功应用。
This test equipment can test the work performance of the downhole Hydraulic Parts only by simulating system pressure and the high temperature,not by simulating downhole mud pressure.It is feasible by researching the downhole hydraulic characteristic and work theory.And it gains its ends.There is the enormous economic and useful value.And solve the difficult problems of testing downhole hydraulic parts during the studying and manufacturing.This equipment has been used in production successfully.
