摘要
气动放大器部件是阀门定位器实现智能化的关键部件之一,为了满足控制过程的智能化、网络化的发展需要,开发研制具有自主知识产权的气动放大器部件已迫在眉睫。本文介绍了一种新型智能阀门定位器气动放大器部件的工作原理、结构特点及控制原理。经我司开发批量生产验证,此型式气动放大器部件能耗很低,适用于MSP430系列芯片控制的智能阀门定位器。是未来智能阀门定位器发展主流方向之一。
The pneumatic amplifier part is a key component of the realization of intelligent for valve positioner. In order to meet the development request of intellectualization and network of process control, It is very urgent to develop pneumatic amplifier part which has the proprietary intellectual property right. This article describes the working principle,structure characteristics and circuit control principle of a new pneumatic amplifier part. After the pneumatic amplifier part has been produced and tested, this pneumatic amplifier part's power is very low, therefore,it is used in smart valve positioner and controlled MSP430 MCU. It is one of the main directions of development of the smart valve positioner in the future.
