柴油机输送线控制系统的设计及实现

摘要 柴油机输送线主要监控涂装车间输送链的运行。使用工业现场总线、可编程控制器、射频识别、组态软件等技术完成了柴油机输送线控制系统的设计,并从机械设计、工艺过程、控制系统的实现三个方面阐述了该系统。该系统已经投入运行,实践证明,系统安全可靠,能确保设备连续运行,满足有效、有序地组织批量生产的要求。 The transportation chain operation of painting workshop was monitored mainly by diesel transportation line. The diesel transportation control system was realized by using many technology including industrial fieldbus, programmable logic controller, radio frequency identification, configuration software and so on. This system was described in the aspects of mechanical design, process engineering and electrical control system realization. The system has been put into opera- tion~ As practice results has shown, this system is safely and credibility and can ensure equipment work continually, so it can meet the challenge of organizing mass-produce effectively and orderly.
