摘要
该文对光整机的控制原理与系统进行了阐述,并针对光整机在实际生产过程中出现的轧制力和位置控制异常所造成的机组断带进行了深入的分析,对控制方案进行了优化,提升了设备运行稳定性,取得一定的经济效益。
The present article aims to clarify the controlling mechanics and system applied in the skill pass mill and to analyze profoundly the causes of strip breakage by the disturbance of rolling forces and position involved in actual operation of the skill pass mill up system. The controlling protocol has been optimized, which upgraded the stability of equipment operation and obtained a certain margin of economic profits.
