膀胱静脉曲张一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者,男,66岁.因血尿伴膀胱血块填塞于2007年9月12日急诊入院.患者尿频4年,曾诊为BPH,未行治疗.既往无饮酒史、黄疸史、消化道出血史、皮肤黏膜出血史.查体：下腹膨隆,脐下一横指可触及膀胱,叩浊.立即行膀胱镜检,镜下可见膀胱三角区及底部大量曲张静脉.给予膀胱持续冲洗.B超检查示BPH,未见其他异常.CT检查肝脏、下腔静脉未见异常表现.凝血功能、肝肾功能检查正常.
